We do track our customer interest and transactions details to protect customer trust and company standard. The user of the website should read about “policy and security”, “return and refunds” policy and privacy policy. Please read thoughts these terms and condition before using this website. There are number of laws are created to introduced to stay within law/policy.

3.1 General
We are responsible to make any changes of “term and condition” because every year, digital marketing policy, transition policy, laws and expectations are always changing therefore, we are regularly changes our policy based on circumstances.We regularly update image, text, services, TAX and price of products.If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you use this website.

Delivery

  • This website is only for delivery of products to customers in UK and Indian addresses. We cannot deliver product to other countries. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
  • Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Home delivery information section and also when you place an order. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
  • Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you or are left with a person or place nominated by you.

Order and payment

We take payment that made from PayPal, card payment and online payment system. Once we received order, we will check payment details and stock availability and then we will deliver the product by Courier Company such as post office, UPS, yodel etc. If stock is not available then we will notify customer by phone call, Email or text. Most out of stock cases we will give full refund to customer. Make sure credit card, debit card, and PayPal payment must be authorised by card owner. We will validate name, address, and other personal details to verify payment details and customer details. For payment verification, we exchange customer details with credit check verification agency to validate. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Online price errors. If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered or reserved, we will inform you as soon as possible. We will provide you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel and have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.

Sometime product details, cost and weight may change

All prices are shown in £s (pounds) and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges. Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative. We may experience problems with the supply of certain products and may therefore supply a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement or substitute you can return it soon as possible.

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.

Term of Sales

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

In order to contract with MERIGOLD, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us or be in possession of a valid PayPal account. MERIGOLD retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party that you have contracted with. This will usually be MERIGOLD or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party MERIGOLD is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale that they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit, debit card or PayPal account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Each product or sample that is available on the MERIGOLD website is posted with full consent of the brand owner or the distributing company in the UK. We have been granted distribution rights of these products and samples by the brands or distributors that provide them to us.

Price cooperation

Price are always checked by other parties and you may find branded products with same cost, price and quality against our company.  Priced are captured directly by suppliers and other stakeholder.
